Work Areas

Over the next few years—due to Shirley Ave’s participation in the MassDevelopment TDI Program, and the level of focus each local partner organization is bringing to the area— there will be a series of programs, community engagement campaigns, and resources made available specifically to businesses, property owners, and community projects within the neighborhood.

We’ll do our best to keep this page up to date with current opportunities—both those available only to projects in Shirley Ave and those offered more broadly that may be relevant to community members.

  • Grants of between $50,000-$250,000 are available to business and property owners for commercial property acquisition and improvement within designated TDI Districts such as Shirley Ave, Revere.

  • Concept proposals are due 2/28.

  • Explore Revere’s culinary scene with delicious deals and special offerings from participating restaurants.
